Shipping – Denmark & EU

All orders are processed within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons, sale periods, or national holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and destination.

At the moment, we are in the process of partnering with a dedicated courier service. Until then, shipping times and providers may vary. We will always choose the most reliable available option for your location.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection at a nearby pickup point.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for packages sent with non-tracked shipping options. If you believe your order is lost, please contact us and we will assist you as best as we can.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

If your country does not appear at checkout, feel free to email us and we will be happy to arrange a solution.

International delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your region and the courier service used.
