Refund & Returns Policy — Diwa Studio

At Diwa Studio, all our products are handmade with care. Due to the unique and delicate nature of handcrafted items, we encourage mindful purchasing. If you need more information or styling guidance before ordering, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at diwa.studio1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
If required, damaged items must be returned in their original condition.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days.
We will send the correct item and cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect product.

Final Sale Items

All items are final sale, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:
Small variations in colour, shape, texture, bubbles, or markings are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

Excluded Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Sale items

Return Conditions

We accept returns under these conditions:

  • The product is full-priced

  • The return request is made within 14 days

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The customer is responsible for secure packaging during return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Additional conditions:

  • Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded back to the same gift card

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

  • We may request photos or documentation to assess the return

Return Process

  1. Email your return request to diwa.studio1@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, return the item within 72 hours and provide proof of postage.

  3. Diwa Studio can assist in creating a return label if needed, but we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

  4. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the item (minus shipping and restocking fees).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Contact us immediately at diwa.studio1@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Packages Returned to Sender

Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Refunds will not be issued for packages returned to sender.

International Orders

The same return policy applies to international orders.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Website Images & Handmade Variations

By purchasing from Diwa Studio, you acknowledge that:

  • Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, texture, and finish

  • Product images may appear different depending on lighting or screen settings

Returns will not be accepted for minor variations that do not qualify as defects.

Intellectual Property — Diwa Studio

All images, designs, texts, and creative content on Diwa Studio’s website are the exclusive property of Diwa Studio and are protected under Danish and EU intellectual property laws.

Copying, reproducing, or using this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
